Are any of your products artificial?

All of our products are natural and derived from plant and vegetable extracts.

Are your products certified organic?

Our organic products are certified by Organic Certifiers (www.OrganicCertifiers.com). All of our organic products will be clearly labeled as such.

How do you know if ingredients are actually natural and organic?

Our Quality Control team, composed of skilled microbiologists and chemists, employs advanced analytical techniques such as gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC-MS), mass spectrometry (MS), and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to evaluate the chemical composition of all ingredients we receive and export.

Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All commercial accounts require 10 business days of processing time. This includes all orders that are $200 and above. Orders placed after 2:00pm Pacific Time will be processed the next business day. Please see more shipping & delivery informationhere.
