Flavor Powders are the flavoring agent of choice when your finished product must be kept dry, such as a baking or beverage mix. Flavor powders dissolve readily in warm water, and so work well for instant mixes. Flavor powders are also a great choice for baking, as they hold up will under prolonged exposure to heat. As always, flavoring requires some practice and experimentation. Keep notes as you try different quantities.

Nature's Flavors has over 30 years experience crafting flavors. Everything we make is done in small batches to order, so you are getting the freshest flavors for your recipes as possible. Flavor Powders can be used in smoothies, baked goods, and dry mixes. There are Regular Flavor Powders and Sugar Free Flavor Powders. Flavor Powders are:

• Heat stable
• Not sweetened
• Highly concentrated 
• Water soluble
• 0.25% to 5% of total ingredients depending on application
• Ingredients for Regular Flavor Powders – dextrose, natural or organic flavor
• Ingredients for Sugar Free Flavor Powders – gum arabic, natural or organic flavor
